Low Altitude Balloon

Designed, built, tested, and programmed a balloon to reach 1000 feet in altitude and measure variations in temperature through the NASA SEES internship. Worked with a team of six. Followed the NASA's mission design and operations life cycle. Used Adafruit sensors and boards, programmed in C++.

Head of the Command and Data Handling subsystem. Wrote mission and subsystem requirements in order to fulfill mission objectives and found sensors, boards, and designed balloon to meet requirements. Developed tests to test sensor accuracy and data collection.

Performed a 2 hour flight to collect data.

Arduino Sensor Testing for the Great Lunar Expedition for Everyone

Testing a thermometer, thermopile, magnetometer, capacitance sensor, and accelerometer through the Great Lunar Expedition for Everyone using a provided board.

Wrote a proposal and code for an experiment to be run on a GLEE Luna-sat that will be placed on the moon. The proposal uses a capacitance sensor, thermopile, and accelerometer to determine the composition of the surface of the moon that the Luna-sat lands on.
